Btw, here’s a picture of a Dahlia from our spring garden this season, showcasing some unusual dual tone colour combination and stark variation between the two halves.
Personally, I loved the contrasting colours in RED N PINK and so thought I will share it, as my entry for this month end MARCH MEME. Hope Noel, from A Plant Fanatic in Hawaii and other fellow bloggers here like it.
PS: Like Noel, I am marking my calendar for the Next month's MEME, how about you???????

Aloha Noel,
Sure its been a lot of fun, participating in the Meme. This Dahlia was unlike the usual ones...which have subtle shading on tips n show blending of colours etc.

Hi,
Is there any possibility 'at all' to get that variety? Tuber or cutting. This is one beautiful combination ... very decent looking.
Thanks in advance.
Sincerely,
Tariq
Hi Taariq,
I agree its one decent combination. however, i am sorry, we don't have the tuber or cutting for the same. Glad you appreciated it.
Regards,
Radhika @ EGT
Great. Thanks for responding Radhika. Perhaps at a later date or perhaps someone else on the blog.
I had bought a red-white hybrid that showed almost pure red in one flower and red-white on the other. So, I searched for two colored flowers, and that is how I found your picture. Absolutely amazing! subhanAllaah.
Here is the plant I bought. I guess this does happen frequent enough.
Lovely Flowers Taariq. I did see your pictures. Once again Thx for stopping by my blog. We have planted some 60 odd Dahlia's this season as well and now I am waiting for them to start blooming. Letc...
